  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 250g ground beef or turkey (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt
